Council The City Council consists of a Mayor (2 year term) and 4 Council members (4 year terms). The Council meets regularly at 7:00 p.m. on the first Monday of the month. Special meetings are called as needed. Regular meetings are replayed on Heart of the Lakes Cable Channel 8 at 6:30 p.m. on the Thursday following the meeting.
