Description
The City of Annandale is extending sewer and water service along County Road 183 from city limits to Nevens Avenue NW. The extension will immediately serve the Preserve at Lake John Development and will provide additional capacity for future connections to the City's sewer and water system.
Planned Improvements:
- Installation of sewer and water along County Road 183.
- Construction of a Lift Station at the intersection of County Road 183 and Nevens Ave NW.
Access and Detour Information:
- During the installation of the sewer and water mains, County Road 183 will remain open to traffic with times that traffic will be limited to one lane. Drivers should be aware of the construction and abide by the construction traffic signage while driving in this area.
- There will be a temporary road closure of Harrison Street at Brown Avenue June 14th, 15th and 16th. The detour during the closure will be posted. Vehicles should follow the detour signs.
