Report an Issue
The City of Annandale uses SeeClickFix - a report and tracking tool - to communicate issues that need to be fixed. When an issue is submitted, the City will assign submitted requests to the appropriate department, track response time, and evaluate repairs as a tracking tool.
To submit a concern/request, CLICK HERE to access the City's notification system or use the map below.
Start your submission by tapping on New Request at the bottom of the map. Enter the address of the location where you are reporting a concern in the search field or drag the map until the location indicator is at the location of the reported concern. After confirming the location, follow the prompts to submit your concern/request.
Important Notes
- Please make sure the address provided is the location of the issue being reported.
- Submitting multiple requests on the same issue will not expedite services and can potentially delay repair.
- SeeClickFix is monitored during regular City Hall business hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Requests placed over weekends or holidays may not be addressed until the following official business day.

You have the option to create a log-in the first time you use SeeClickFix. Once submitted, you will receive updates on the progress via email.

If you need immediate Police or Fire response, call 911. Animal concerns should be directed to Police non-emergency dispatch at 763-682-7600. For water, sewer, or street issues (both emergency and non-emergency), call Public Works at 320-274-8520.
