Opportunities in Annandale
We have a proactive approach to fostering business growth. The City actively uses programs like Tax Increment Financing, revolving loan funds, and grant incentives for new job creation. The City also has developed a Business Park in order to attract and retain businesses within the Annandale community. Land is available in the Business Park! There are also are a number of State incentive programs such as the Minnesota Investment Fund and Job Creation Fund that our staff can provide an overview of and connect you with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.
In addition, the City works closely with the Wright County Economic Development Partnership and the Initiative Foundation to provide funding sources for new businesses.
