A permit is required if:
- Any grading, excavation, or filling operation between ten (10) and five hundred (500) cubic yards of dirt, rock, or other material will be used.
- Any grading, excavation, or filling operations involving in excess of five hundred (500) cubic yards of dirt, rock, or other material shall require a conditional use permit.
No permit is required for grading, excavation, or filling operation involves less than ten (10) cubic feet of dirt, rock, or other material, or for any operation normally involved with the construction of any house or building for which a building permit has already been issued.
