Celebrating the Heart of the Lakes. A gateway public art mural in downtown Annandale.

In working to support the City of Annandale's mission to enhance its community's quality of life, the City will partner with Minnesota muralist Lili Lennox on the City's first public mural display. The mural will be an 8'x16' creation painted onto aluminum panels. The mural will provide a welcoming display to our downtown that includes our motto, "The heart of the lakes", while also celebrating Annandale's natural beauty, and offering a nod to the town's founding in 1888.

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Central MN Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
