- Award Contract: April 2024
- Start of Construction: May 2024
- Assessment Hearing: Fall of 2024
- Substantial Completion Date: October 2024
- Final Completion Date: June 2025

- Street Reconstruction of Highland Street, Brown Avenue South, Willow Drive and Willow Circle
- Total reconstruction of pavement section
- Concrete curb and gutter on all streets

- Lining sanitary sewer pipe in project area
- New 4-inch sewer services
- Lining and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes

- New 8-inch watermain, gate valves, hydrants, and water services

- New Polyvinyl Chloride Pipe (PVC)
