The City of Annandale requires dog licenses for all dogs that reside within city limits. Licenses require a one-time registration.
In addition to general owner and dog information, your dog’s Rabies Vaccination dates are required to complete the dog license application. It is the owner’s responsibility to certify current rabies vaccination at the time of licensing
Dog License Fee:
- $25.00 - one time fee for the life-time of dog
Applications for Dog License can be made in person at City Hall or by using the online application form.

- Fill out application online - Dog License Online Application
- Email a copy (either pdf or image) of the Rabies Vaccination to city [at] annandale.mn.us (city@annandale.mn.us)
- Use the online payment option or contact City Hall 320-274-3055 to make your payment.
Your license and dog tag will be mailed to the address provided in your application after payment and rabies vaccination is received.
