Online Payments

Use the following links to access the City's payment service (PSN):

Utility Payments for City Sewer and Water Bills

  • Online Utility Payments require an online account to be set up. 
  • You will need your utility account number in order to do this, which is on your utility bill or can be obtained by calling City Hall at (320) 274-3055.

Other Payments for Dog License, Admin Citations, Building Permits, Rentals, Peddler's License and Planning Commission Applications

  • After being redirected to the payment site, enter billing and payment information. 
  • Payment Detail section will appear after payment method is entered.
  • Select the appropriate payment type and enter the amount to be paid.  If you do not know payment amount, please contact City Hall at (320) 274-3055
