How to Submit a Registration/Application
**All registrations/applications can be submitted in person at City Hall (30 Cedar Street E), by mail (City of Annandale, PO Box K, Annandale, MN 55302), or by email to city [at] annandale.mn.us (city[at]annandale[dot]mn[dot]us)**
For Solicitors
- Submit the Registration
- Submit Completed Background Investigation form for Each individual that will be selling within City Limits.
- Submit payment for background check fee of $50.00.
For Peddlers and Transient Merchants
- Submit the Application
- Submit Completed Background Investigation form for Each individual that will be selling within City Limits.

Background Fee $50.00 + permit fee below 1-3 Consecutive Day Permit $50.00 4-10 Consecutive Day Permit $100.00 30 Day Permit (peddlers only) $250.00 Annual Permit (peddlers only) $500.00
For Mobile Food Units
- Submit the Application
- Submit a copy of your MDH License

Submit payment:
Per Day $25.00 Annual Permit $500.00
The City will review the submitted applications and contact the applicant with any questions. The permit is not issued until approval is received by the City and the permit is paid in full.
